Dr. Muhammad Kamran

I hold a PhD in Islamic and Religious Studies, with broad academic specialization in Tafsir, Hadith, Usul al-Tafsir, Usul al-Hadith, Usul al-Fiqh, Fiqh, Ilm al-Kalam (Islamic Theology), Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and Muslim Family Law. My academic and research interests particularly focus on Madaris, their graduates, educational and scholarly contributions, religious and social services, and their role and impact on contemporary Muslim societies. I have a strong academic command of the history, structure, educational role, services, and societal impact of Madaris, as well as the contribution of their graduates to religious, educational, intellectual, and social life. I achieved third position worldwide in a research paper entitled “Graduates of Religious Madaris and Their Impact on Society,” conducted under the auspices of the Muslim World League (Rabita al-Alam al-Islami), Makkah al-Mukarramah. My scholarly interests lie at the intersection of the traditional Islamic sciences and contemporary societal challenges, with particular emphasis on Islamic scholarship, the role of Madaris, their intellectual and educational contributions, and their influence on Muslim communities. Through teaching, research, and scholarly engagement, I seek to contribute to the advancement of Islamic and Religious Studies and to promote a deeper understanding of the role of Islamic institutions in contemporary society.
